城镇排水系统溢流监测技术难点及策略研究

溢流频次是评价排水系统溢流及整改效果的关键,为提高溢流频次监测的准确性、稳定性,并减低溢流监测成本,提出了基于水动力原理的溢流监测技术。该技术以排水系统溢流水作为推动力触发微动机械开关并记录溢流频次、溢流时间等参数,具有能耗低、成本低、安装环境要求低、设备利用率高等优势,可大规模运用于智慧排水系统的溢流监测子系统。提出了水动力溢流监测的技术路线,技术路线由溢流事件、设备感知、综合分析3部分组成,可为确定溢流污染控制目标、溢流整改措施、水处理设施规模、溢流整改效果评估等提供数据支撑。
Technical Difficulties and Strategies for Overflow Monitoring in Urban Drainage Systems
Overflow frequency is the key parameter to evaluate the overflow and rectification effect of drainage system.In order to improve the accuracy and stability of overflow frequency monitoring and reduce the cost of o-verflow monitoring,an overflow monitoring technology based on hydrodynamic principle was proposed.The technology uses the overflow water of the drainage system as the driving force to trigger the micro-mechanical switch and record the overflow frequency,overflow time and other parameters.It has the advantages of low energy consumption,low cost,low installation environment requirements and high equipment utilization rate,and can be applied to the overflow monitoring subsystem of the intelligent drainage system on a large scale.The technical route of hydraulic overflow monitoring is proposed,which consists of overflow event,equipment perception and comprehensive analysis,which provides data support for determining overflow pollution control objectives,over-flow rectification measures,water treatment facility scale and overflow rectification effect evaluation.
