巴东县主要空气污染成因分析及控制对策研究

2020-2023年,恩施州巴东县空气优良天数比率分别为98.1%、98.9%、97.8%、96.7%,主要污染物PM2.5年均浓度分别为21、19、26、26 μg/m3,环境空气质量呈下降趋势.从巴东县城地理位置、气象资料以及三峡库区城市环境空气质量指数(AQI)进行分析,分析了巴东县环境空气质量的主要影响因素.结果表明:巴东县城区所处的谷地形和三峡库区的特殊地理位置以及其特有空气湿度较大、风速较小等气象因素,使其不利于大气污染物的扩散稀释和沉降.并针对其提出了开展跨市区域联防联控、推进大气污染深度治理、建立预警机制预防重污染天气等建设性意见,为之后巴东县的空气污染防治提供科学依据.
Analysis and Control of the Main Air Pollution of Badong County
From 2020 to 2023,the percentage of days with excellent air quality in Badong County,Enshi Prefec-ture,were 98.1%,98.9%,97.8%,and 96.7%respectively.However,the average annual concentration of major pollutants PM25 was 21,19,26,26 μg/m3 respectively,indicating a downward trend in environmental air quality.This paper analyzes the main factors influencing the environmental air quality in Badong County from the geo-graphical location,meteorological data,and the Air Quality Index(AQI)of cities in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.The results indicate that the valley terrain of Badong County and its unique geographical location in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,along with factors such as high air humidity and low wind speeds,hinder the dis-persion,dilution,and deposition of atmospheric pollutants.Recommendations are proposed to address these issues,including implementing cross-regional joint prevention and control measures,advancing deep treatment of air pol-lution,and establishing early warning mechanisms to prevent severe pollution weather.These suggestions provide a scientific basis for future efforts to prevent and control air pollution in Badong County.
