脱除废剥离液中金属离子的研究进展

电子产品的废弃液晶面板是废弃物资源利用的重要组成内容,其中回收废剥离液中的金属离子不仅可以减少金属离子对于环境的污染,还可以实现资源的回收利用。综述了废剥离液中金属离子脱除的研究现状、方法和技术,重点介绍了固液分离法、化学沉淀法、电化学提取法、膜分离法等方法的原理、优缺点和应用,总结了目前废剥离液中的金属离子的分离回收装置。这些方法和装置在废剥离液中金属离子的脱除方面具有显著的效果,但是在处理金属离子时存在着部分局限与挑战,寻找高效、绿色环保且经济效益显著的脱除方法及装置显得尤为重要。因此,需要进一步的研究和技术创新,以期实现废剥离液中金属离子的高效脱除和资源化利用,为环境保护和可持续发展作出贡献。
Research Progress in Removing Metal Ions From Waste Stripping Solution
The waste liquid crystal panel of electronic products is an important part of the utilization of waste re-sources,in which the recovery of metal ions in the waste stripping liquid can not only reduce the pollution of met-al ions to the environment,but also realize the recycling of resources.In this paper,the research status,methods and technologies of metal ion removal from waste stripping liquid are reviewed.The principles,advantages and disadvantages and applications of solid-liquid separation,chemical precipitation,electrochemical extraction and membrane separation are introduced.The current separation and recovery devices of metal ions from waste strip-ping liquid are summarized.These methods and devices have remarkable effects in the removal of metal ions from waste stripping liquid,but there are some limitations and challenges in the treatment of metal ions,so it is particu-larly important to find efficient,green and economically significant removal methods and devices.Therefore,fur-ther research and technological innovation are needed in order to achieve efficient removal and resource utiliza-tion of metal ions in waste stripping liquid,and contribute to environmental protection and sustainable develop-ment.
