Evaluation of Remediation Effect of Soil Pollution in a Land Along the Yangtze River in Taizhou
The types of pollutants in a land along the river in Taizhou are related to hazardous waste,general solid waste and arsenic contaminated soil.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effect of land restoration through document review,on-site investigation,on-site sampling and detection analysis of soil treatment and restoration project,and mainly judge whether it meets the evaluation standard or not.The assessment work includes checking whether the repair scope is consistent with the repair scope specified in the restoration technical plan and whether the heavy metal contaminated soil(arsenic)in the excavation of the foundation pit and in-situ remediation in the site has reached the repair target value specified in the remediation technical plan.At the same time,attention should be paid to whether the contaminated soil backfill,topsoil cover and greening in the backfill area meet the requirements,and the secondary pollution in the plot should be investigated after restoration.
