为探究罗马洋甘菊不同开花率和4个不同部位的得油率及成分差异。采用水蒸气蒸馏方法提取罗马洋甘菊挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测分析了 4种精油的化学组成。结果表明:开花率为30%的罗马洋甘菊得油率仅为0。12%,开花率为70%的得油率达到了 0。2%;以全花为原料制备的罗马洋甘菊精油共检测出50种化学成分,以全叶为原料制备的罗马洋甘菊精油共检测出60种化学成分,以花下20 cm杆为原料制备的罗马洋甘菊精油共检测出59种化学成分,而以根上20 cm杆为原料制备的罗马洋甘菊精油共检测出42种化学成分。4种精油的化学成分以酯类化合物和萜烯类化合物为主,但主要成分有所差异。罗马洋甘菊开花率越高其精油含量越高;不同部位制备的罗马洋甘菊精油物理性状相似,但成分含量不同,使得精油香韵也有所差异,这可能与原料的组成成分不同有关。
Analysis of Essential Oil Content and Composition of Roman Chamomile
To study the oil yield and composition differences of four different parts and the oil yield with different flowering rates of Roman chamomile.Methods:The volatile oil of Roman chamomile was extracted by steam dis-tillation,and the chemical composition of four essential oils was detected and analyzed by GC-MS.Results:The oil yield of Roman chamomile with flowering rate of 30%is only 0.12%,and the oil yield with flowering rate of 70%is 0.2%.The yield of essential oil of Roman chamomile with flowering rate of 30%was only 0.12%,and the yield of essential oil with flowering rate of 70%was 0.2%.A total of 50 chemical components were detected in the essential oil of Roman chamomile prepared from whole flowers.60 chemical components were detected in the essential oil of Roman chamomile prepared from whole leaves.59 chemical components were detected in the essential oil of Roman chamomile prepared from 20 cm stems under flowers,and 42 chemical components were detected in the essential oil of Roman chamomile prepared from 20 cm stems on roots.Esters and terpenes are the main chemical components of the four essential oils,but the main components are different.Conclusion:The high-er the flowering rate of Roman chamomile,the higher the essential oil content.The physical properties of essential oil of Roman chamomile prepared from different parts are similar,but the content of components is different,which makes the fragrance of essential oil different and may be related to the different components of raw materi-als.
