基于海绵城市理念的老旧小区景观设计实践研究——以大邱小区为例

随着城市化进程的加速,老旧小区的海绵改造已成为城市可持续发展的重要方向。介绍了海绵城市的概念和海绵改造的意义,分析了老旧小区海绵改造的现状和存在的问题,提出了良好的景观及绿化所形成的复愈环境,对老龄化日渐严重的居住环境具有积极正向的影响。根据社区内不同区域的绿地特征及功能需求,将绿地分为5种不同的绿地类型:新建下沉式绿地、绿化恢复区域、新建雨水花园、绿化提升区域及其他绿地,分别提出了基于景观设计的老旧小区海绵改造方案,并结合实际案例进行了详细阐述。总结了景观设计在老旧小区海绵改造中的难点,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。旨在为老旧小区的海绵城市改造的实践提供参考和借鉴,同时也为景观设计在城市可持续发展中的应用提供了新思路。
Research on Landscape Design Practice of Old Residential Areas Based on Sponge City Concept—Taking Daqiu Residential Area as an Example
With the acceleration of urbanization,the sponge renovation of old residential areas has become an im-portant direction for sustainable urban development.This paper first introduces the concept of sponge cities and the significance of sponge renovation.Then,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of sponge ren-ovation in old residential areas,and proposes that a good landscape and greenery create a healing environment that has a positive impact on the increasingly aging residential environment.Furthermore,based on the characteristics and functional requirements of green spaces in different areas of the community,this paper divides green spaces into five different types:newly built sunken green spaces,green restoration areas,newly built rainwater gardens,green enhancement areas,and other green spaces.It proposes sponge renovation plans for old residential areas based on landscape design,and elaborates on them in detail with practical cases.Finally,the paper summarizes the difficulties of landscape design in the sponge renovation of old residential areas and looks forward to future re-search directions.This paper aims to provide a reference and inspiration for the practice of sponge renovation in old residential areas,and also provides new ideas for the application of landscape design in urban sustainable de-velopment.
