Research on the Satisfaction Evaluation of Protection and Utilization of Urban Parks Based on POE—Taking Jiaxing Zicheng Ruins Park as an Example
During the transition from incremental planning to stock planning,the city's protection of history and culture is no longer closed protection,but rather,it is necessary to go for sustainable development of historical re-sources by revitalizing historical heritage.This paper takes Jiaxing Zicheng Ruins Park as an example.Based on Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE),network text analysis,questionnaire survey method and semi-structured inter-view method are adopted to obtain users'emotional tendency to the Zicheng Ruins Park,socio-semantic network,users'needs and users'satisfaction evaluation on the protection and utilization of the Zicheng Ruins Park.The sur-vey evaluates the current situation of conservation and utilization,landscape environment,and comprehensive services in three categories and analyzes the design problems of the park.Optimization suggestions are put for-ward for the proper integration of Jiaxing Zicheng between history and culture and modern needs,such as excava-ting historical and cultural connotations,and expressing the original landscape;extending the design of the histor-ical information,and continuing the core values;meeting the modern functional needs,and stimulating the vitality of the space.
