Study on the Construction of Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of Rrural Industrial Integration in Hengyang
Green agriculture and ecological agriculture are not only the basic direction and goal of modern agricul-tural production,but also represent people's pursuit of high quality of life.Therefore,by constructing the evalua-tion index of Hengyang's high-quality agricultural development,the aim is to promote Hengyang to take the de-velopment road of green agriculture and ecological agriculture,so as to achieve the high-quality development of Hengyang's agriculture.In this study,Hengyang City agriculture high-quality development is taken as the research object.the AHP method is used to build Hengyang city rural industry integration evaluation index system.The re-suits show that:Under the background of high-quality agricultural development,the weight value of the compre-hensive evaluation of the integration of three industries in Hengyang City was B2(0.3847)＞extension of agricul-tural industry chain B1(0.3847)＞economic benefit index B4(0.1328)and social effect index B5(0.1328)＞inte-grated development of agricultural service industry B3(0.1095).From the perspective of the total weight value,the main factors affecting the integration level of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries are the ratio of local migrant workers to total rural labor force C10(0.1530)and the ratio of rural secondary and tertiary industries to to-tal employment C8(0.1530)followed by the proportion of investment in agricultural processing industry and agri-cultural investment amount C3(0.0866),the proportion of per capita income of urban and rural residents C22(0.0655)and agricultural cultural heritage C9(0.0651).Third,the proportion of wage and property income of rural residents C19(0.0508)and the growth rate of agricultural per capita net income C20(0.0508),the total weight of these factors are above 0.05.The weakest influencing factors are the proportion of the number of agricultural labor force to the total labor force C6(0.0092),the density of rural roads C15(0.0060)and the intensity of fertilizer and pesticide use C11(0.0062).Therefore,suggestions are put forward,such as developing rural cooperatives,enhancing farmers'awareness of cooperation with agricultural management subjects and optimizing the financing environment of new entities.
