Study on Price of County-level Forests Resources for the Inventory of Natural Resource Assets Owned by the Whole People—Taking Weixi Lisu Autonomous County as an Example
The construction of a multi-scale forest resource asset inventory price system is an important part of the nationwide natural resource asset inventory work.In response to the lack of price for forest resource spot checks at the micro level in counties, this study takes Weixi Lisu Autonomous County,Yunnan Province as an example.Based on forest land types and tree types, and based on the geographical location and characteristics of forest re-sources in the spot,GIS spatial analysis is used to calculate the price adjustment coefficient of forest spot checks relative to the entire county's forest resources, determine the spot check price, and create a thematic map to ana-lyze its spatial pattern. The research results indicate that there is significant spatial heterogeneity in the price of forest resources in the study area, with higher price for patches located further away from the county seat.Overall, the price of timber is higher than that of forest land. The average price of forest land in the county is 1600.22 yuan/mu;the average price of timber is 3104.92 yuan/mu,and the average price of forest is 2307.57 yuan/mu.The research has established a county-level forest resource spot price method system and determined the inventory price of each spot, which plays an important supporting role in scientifically and objectively calculating the value of forest resource assets owned by the whole population in the county. It is also of great significance for optimi-zing and improving the construction of the natural resource asset inventory price system,as well as exploring lo-cal asset inventory systems.
