System Construction and Weight Determination of Evaluation Index of Agricultural Modernization Level—A Case Study of Luliang County
In order to understand the level of agricultural modernization in Luliang County, this paper took this place as an example.According to the specific situation of local agriculture, the Delphi method was adopted, and 8 relevant experts made group decision-making.Finally,the three dimensions of economic, social and ecological benefits,as well as a total of 15 evaluation indicators under these three dimensions were determined. The experts determined the scores of each index, and then constructed the evaluation index system of agricultural moderniza-tion in this place. Then, the weight of each evaluation index was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the influence of each index on agricultural modernization was clarified, which reduced the ambiguity and un-certainty of the research content of agricultural modernization, and also provided a certain reference for further promoting local agricultural modernization and evaluating the level of agricultural modernization in other regions.According to the calculation results, the Per Capita Disposable Income of Rural Residents has the largest weight a-mong all indicators, followed by the Consumer Price Index of Rural Residents and Engel's Coefficient, which also belongs to the Social Benefits in the criterion layer. In addition, the weight of Social Benefits is higher than that of Economic Benefits and Ecological Benefits in the criterion layer. Therefore,on the whole,in the judgment of ex-perts,the most important and core thing in evaluating the level of agricultural modernization in a certain place is to look at the social benefits produced by the agriculture in that place, that is,the degree to which the peasants'living conditions and living standards have been improved.
