MBBR+DAF工艺在句容市河道水质净化工程中的应用

为解决不明污染源对句容市和平河水质污染问题,建设和平河水质净化工程。水质净化工程设计规模1 ×104m3/d,设计工艺MBBR+DAF(溶气气浮系统),设计出水主要指标执行《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅲ类水质标准。项目采用搪瓷拼装罐、预制化集装箱作为主体构筑物,建设工期压缩至2个月以内,吨水建设成本降低至650元左右。通过精简辅助工艺,优化工艺组合,项目占地面积压缩至1300 m2,运行成本降低至0。85元/t左右。从运行情况来看,虽然进水水质波动较大,但净化系统出水总体能够稳定达标。项 目建成后和平河及其下游断面水质得到有效改善,为城镇河道水质应急保障工程提供了技术参考。
Application of MBBR+DAFProcess in River Water Purification Project in Jurong City
In order to solve the problem of water pollution of Heping River in Jurong City from unknown pollu-tion sources,the water purification project of Heping River was constructed.The design scale of the water purifi-cation project is 1X 104m3/d;the design process is MBBR+DAF(dissolved air flotation system),and the main in-dicators of the designed effluent are in accordance with the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard(GB 3838-2002)Class Ⅲ water quality standard.The project uses enamel assembled tanks and prefabricated contain-ers as the main structure.The construction period is compressed to less than 2 months,and the construction cost per ton of water is reduced to about 650 yuan.By streamlining the auxiliary process and optimizing the process combination,the project covers an area of 1300m2 and the operating cost reduces to about 0.85 yuan/ton.From the perspective of operation,although the inlet water quality fluctuates greatly,the effluent of the purification system can generally meet the standard.After the completion of the project,the water quality of the Heping River and its downstream sections has been effectively improved,which provides a technical reference for the emergency water quality guarantee project of urban rivers.
