Research on Livestock and Poultry Breeding Wastewater Treatment Technology
Small-scale and pilot-scale experiments were carried out for livestock and poultry breeding wastewater, with optimization of the ammonia nitrogen stripping conditions. The results of the ammonia nitrogen stripping ex-periment indicate that the most ideal pH value for ammonia nitrogen stripping is 11,with a gas-to-liquid ratio of 400:1,and the optimal stripping time should be 1 hour, achieving a stripping efficiency of up to 86.81%under i-deal conditions.By carrying out pilot and medium-scale experiments on livestock and poultry breeding wastewater, the water quality indicators of influent and effluent were measured respectively. The research findings show that the small-scale pilot unit for livestock and poultry breeding wastewater can achieve a removal rate of o-ver 93%for COD,over 92%for ammonia nitrogen, and between 89%~94%for TP;the medium-scale pilot unit can achieve a removal rate of over 95%for COD,over 95%for ammonia nitrogen, and over 90%for TP.The o-verall effluent indicators meet the discharge standards, indicating that the"stripping+AO biochemical treatment+MBR membrane method+chemical phosphorus removal"process can effectively treat livestock and poultry breeding wastewater.
