DynamicCharacteristics and Water Quality Evaluation of Groundwater Level in the Southern Region of Guangzhou
In order to protect and monitor the groundwater resources in the southern region of Guangzhou,the groundwater level changes of five typical monitoring wells in the southern region of Guangzhou from 2018 to 2022 were analyzed,and the principal component method and comprehensive index method were used for water quality dynamic evaluation.The results show that the variation range of groundwater level depth in the region is between 0.18 and 4.33 meters,and the annual average water level change is relatively small,indicating it is basic stability.The calculation results of two types of groundwater quality evaluations show that two principal compo-nents can be extracted from the detection indicators of groundwater samples to replace seven water quality indica-tors.The overall groundwater environmental quality in the region is poor,with 86.5%of sampling points having water quality of Class Ⅲ or above.Suggestions such as strengthening control over key water sources in the south-ern region and reducing human activities are put forward.
