Control and Optimization of Exhaust Gas Diffusion in Acid Copper Plating Workshop
In order to optimize the effect of the upper exhaust hood on the diffusion of sulfuric acid mist in an acid copper plating workshop,a simplified workshop model was constructed by ICEM software and imported into FLUENT solver.When the exhaust hood had no effect,the free diffusion of sulfuric acid mist was simulated.It was concluded that among the various parts of acid mist produced in the acid copper plating workshop,the degree of acid mist dispersion was ordered as follows:Electroplating tank,degreasing tank,acid dip tank,micro-etching tank.The four basic factors affecting the diffusion efficiency of sulfuric acid mist,including exhaust volume,quantity,expansion Angle and flange edge of exhaust hood,were taken as the basic factors.After the orthogonal test was designed,the main and secondary order of influencing factors were simulated under the influence of ex-haust hood,and the optimal setting of four factors of exhaust hood was obtained through range analysis.
