存量垃圾高效筛分系统研究及工程应用

存量垃圾通常是指非正规生活垃圾堆放点和不达标生活垃圾处理设施中的垃圾,存量垃圾因为没有完善的防渗、气体导排、渗滤液导排及环境保护与监测等设施,或者这些设施建设运营不规范而失去污染阻隔的功能,已经成为了当前填埋场整治的重点对象。存量垃圾治理的技术路线可归纳为原位治理技术和异位治理技术两类。以异位治理的高效筛分系统技术为研究对象,针对存量垃圾的"湿、粘、杂"特性,通过优化"两级筛分+两级风选"分选工艺和圆盘筛引入改进,实现提高筛分效率和筛分效果目标并在实际工程验证反馈,最终解决筛分工艺系统的产能和产品质量问题。
Research and Engineering Application of Aged Waste Efficient Sorting System
Aged waste usually refers to the waste in informal domestic waste disposal sites and substandard do-mestic waste treatment facilities.Aged waste has become a key focus of current landfill restoration and remedia-tion due to the lack of complete anti-seepage,gas drainage,leachate drainage,environmental protection and moni-toring facilities,or the lack of standardized construction and operation of these facilities,which have lost their pollution blocking function.The technical routes for the treatment of aged waste can be summarized into two cate-gories:in-situ treatment technology and ex situ treatment technology.This paper focuses on the efficiency sorting system technology for ectopic treatment and targeted the"wet,sticky,and mix"characteristics of aged waste.By optimizing the"two-stage screening+two-stage air separation"sorting process and introducing improvements to the disc screen,the goal of improving screening efficiency and effectiveness is achieved.And feedback is verified in practical engineering to ultimately solve the production capacity and product quality problems of the screening process system.
