天津市农业面源污染源特征分析

摘要
近年来天津市农业发展迅速,随着对点源污染的有效控制,农业面源污染问题日益突出.基于天津市第二次全国污染源普查数据及1992-2022年历史农业数据,分析农业面源污染来源特征及发展趋势.结果表明:①畜禽养殖业是天津市农业面源污染的主要来源;②近30年来天津市的化肥、地膜等化学投入品、秸秆、畜禽养殖量、畜禽粪便量、水产品产量整体上呈现增大的趋势,农药使用量在近10年为下降趋势.针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议:推进农业面源污染源头减量,提升农业废弃物资源化综合利用水平,实现农业面源污染末端治理全覆盖,示范推广绿色种养循环模式,以期为天津市农业面源污染治理提供参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of agriculture in Tianjin in recent years and effective control of point source pollution,the issue of agricultural non-point source pollution has become increasingly prominent.This study analyzed the source characteristics and development trend of agricultural non-point source pollution based on data from the second national pollution source census and historical agricultural data from 1992 to 2022 in Tianjin.The results indicate that livestock and poultry breeding is the primary source of agricultural non-point source pollution in Tianjin.Over the past 30 years,chemical inputs such as fertilizer,mulch film,straw,livestock and poultry breeding amount,livestock and poultry manure amount,and aquatic product output have shown an in-creasing trend overall,while pesticide use has decreased over the past decade.In view of the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as promoting the reduction of agricultur-al non-point source pollution sources,improving the comprehensive utilization level of agricultural waste re-sources,achieving the full coverage of the end treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution,and demon-strating and promoting the green planting and breeding cycle mode,in order to provide a reference for the treat-ment of agricultural non-point source pollution in Tianjin.
