Evaluation of Residential Health Landscape Based on AHP—Taking Changsheng Lanting Community in Changsha City as an Example
Guided by the theories of home-based elderly care and health landscape,this study takes Changsheng Lanting residential community in Tianxin District,Changsha City,Hunan Province as the research object to con-struct a residential health landscape evaluation system.Firstly,through literature review,expert questionnaire sur-vey,combined with 1-9 scale method and Analytic Hierarchy Process,6 evaluation criteria layers and 24 evalua-tion indicators for residential health landscape were determined,as well as the weights of each criterion layer and indicator.Secondly,a survey questionnaire was distributed to residents of Changsheng Lanting community.Based on the constructed residential health and wellness landscape evaluation indicators,residents used the Likert 5-component scale method to evaluate the health and wellness landscape of Changsheng Lanting community.Finally,the comprehensive rating of the residential health and wellness landscape in Changsheng Lanting community was 3.1915,rated as good.Based on the evaluation results of the residential health and wellness landscape in Changsh-eng Lanting community,combined with the score analysis of the evaluation system criteria layer and indicator layer,suggestions are proposed for the planning and design of the residential health and wellness landscape in Changsheng Lanting community from six aspects:health,safety,interactivity,regionalism,comfort,and humanis-tic care,in order to construct a beautiful and functional residential health and wellness landscape.This study pro-vides a reference basis for the scientific and systematic evaluation of the health and wellness landscape of residen-tial communities in the future.
