Research on Afforestation Techniques and Young Forest Nurturing Measures of Pinus Massoniana
Pinus massoniana is a major afforestation tree species in southern China,with extremely high ecological benefits and economic value;This study aims to provide scientific basis and technical support for the efficient cul-tivation and long-term stable development of Pinus massoniana plantations.This paper elaborates afforestation techniques and nurturing measures for Pinus massoniana and evaluates the effectiveness of this research method through application and effectiveness analysis.The afforestation techniques for Pinus massoniana were proposed from three aspects:site selection,scientific land preparation,and afforestation.The nurturing measures for young Pinus massoniana forests were elaborated from four aspects:soil loosening and weeding,fertilizer management,daily maintenance,and pest and disease control;The afforestation and nurturing management measures proposed in this study can significantly promote the growth of Pinus massoniana,increase its height,diameter at breast height,and individual volume.The afforestation techniques and young forest nurturing measures proposed in this study can promote the growth of Pinus massoniana and are worth promoting and applying.
