Research on Seedling Raising and Cultivation Management Technology of Heather in Zhengzhou
Heather,as an ornamental plant widely used in the field of urban landscaping,has remarkable character-istics of cold resistance and drought resistance and bright leaf color in autumn.Zhengzhou area,with its unique climate and soil conditions,provides a favorable and challenging growth environment for heather.However,the seedling raising and cultivation and management process of heather in Zhengzhou is faced with the problems of seedling site selection and land preparation ignoring the influence of soil physical and chemical properties on plant growth,and seed collection and treatment ignoring the optimization of germplasm resources,which leads to the unstable survival rate and quality of seedlings.Therefore,the precise seedling site selection based on soil and environmental adaptability assessment,combined with the climate model,the ability to accurately regulate the timing of sowing and seedling management,and the use of water and fertilizer management and pest prevention and control strategies are proposed.It aims to enhance the growth dynamics and ornamental quality of plants,by improving the scientific and refined level of seedling cultivation and cultivation management,and promote the sustainable development of landscaping in Zhengzhou area and similar ecological environment areas.
