Effects of Organic Fertilizer on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Seedlings of Acacia Japonica
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organic fertilizer on the growth and physiolog-ical characteristics of seedlings of Acacia japonica.Through the establishment of different fertilization treatment groups, the growth and physiological characteristics of Acacia japonica seedlings were systematically studied. The results showed that the growth performance of the organic fertilizer treatment group was significantly better than that of the non-fertilization treatment group. In terms of growth indexes, treatment group D showed the best state, and the plant height, ground diameter, crown width, root dry weight and total dry weight were significantly higher than those of other treatment groups, indicating that the application of organic fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth of Acacia japonica seedlings. In addition, treatment group D also showed the most significant increase in chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate, indicating that organic fertilizer could help improve nutrient uptake and growth and development of plants.Based on the results of this study,it can be concluded that organic fertilizer can promote the growth rate and biomass accumulation of Acacia japonica seedlings, and im-prove their photosynthesis efficiency and stress resistance. Therefore,as an environmentally friendly and effective fertilization method, organic fertilizer is of great significance to the planting of Acacia japonica seedlings, which can improve the growth quality of Acacia japonica seedlings and promote the green and sustainable development of plant ecological environment. This study provides scientific guidance and support for the planting of Acacia ja-ponica.
