Research on the Recycling of Urban Waste Resources in Jinan City Under the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality
In response to China's strategic goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the recycling of urban waste resources has become an effective way.This paper takes Jinan City as the research object,and carries out the in-vestigation and research through the combination of field research and questionnaire survey.It is found that the a-mount of municipal industrial solid waste generated in Jinan City will still show a rising trend,but the growth rate is significantly lower.While the domestic waste shows a fluctuating upward trend,the daily processing capacity of domestic waste in Jinan City will exceed 10000 t,which can fully meet the demand for resourceful and harmless treatment of domestic waste.At the same time,there are still a lot of problems in the recycling of waste resources in Jinan.The recycling of industrial enterprises is mainly due to the problems of fewer types of waste resources treatment,high costs and the development difficulties faced by resource recycling enterprises;while the recycling of domestic garbage is characterized by insufficient knowledge of garbage classification,mismatches among the knowledge,behavior and willingness to recycle and recycling facilities,insufficient publicity,and low recovery rates of some renewable resources in domestic garbage.The recycling of domestic waste is characterized by insuf-ficient awareness of waste classification,a mismatch between awareness,behavior and willingness to recycle and recycling facilities,insufficient publicity in cities,a low recycling rate of some renewable resources in domestic waste,and disputes over the distribution of benefits and responsibility for waste classification.In view of the a-bove problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects,namely,strengthening organizational leadership,strengthening elemental support,strengthening supervision and law en-forcement,and strengthening publicity and guidance.
