2023年虹口区声环境质量状况分析

为对2023年虹口区声环境质量状况进行综合评价,进一步提高区域声环境质量,基于虹口区2023年声环境质量数据,分别对区域噪声、交通道路噪声、功能区噪声与其他噪声进行了分析。结果表明:2023年区域噪声评价为一般,道路噪声评价为较好,但区域内声源构成日趋复杂。结论为2023年虹口区整体声环境质量良好,但部分区域声环境质量有待提高。为提高区域声环境质量,深入治理不同类型的噪声源,需要从不同角度入手;对于商业活动噪声,应完善相应城市规划以及加强后续的审批和监管着手;对于建筑施工噪声,在严格审批制度的同时,应督促工地施工方在施工期间做好降噪工作;对于内河航运作业时所产生的噪声,则应在对周边居民影响较大的地方设立隔声板或者种植与环境相协调的植物进行合理降噪;最后,还可通过加强宣传等方式,促使居民自身素质提高,减少对区域声环境的影响。
Analysis of Sound Environment Quality in Hongkou District in 2023
In order to comprehensively evaluate the acoustic environment quality in Hongkou District in 2023 and further improve the regional acoustic environment quality,the regional noise,traffic road noise,functional area noise and other noises were analyzed based on the acoustic environmental quality data of Hongkou District in 2023 respectively.The results showed that the regional noise was evaluated as average and the road noise was e-valuated as good,but the sound source composition in the region became increasingly complex.The conclusion is that the overall sound environment quality in Hongkou District is good in 2023,but the sound environment quality in some areas needs to be improved.In order to improve the quality of regional acoustic environment and thor-oughly control different types of noise sources,it is suggested to start from different angles;For the noise of com-mercial activities,the corresponding urban planning should be improved and the subsequent approval and supervi-sion should be strengthened;For building construction noise,while strictly examining and approving the system,the construction party should be urged to do a good job of noise reduction during construction;For the noise gen-erated by inland river shipping operations,sound insulation boards should be set up in places that have great in-fluence on surrounding residents or plants that are in harmony with the environment should be planted to reduce the noise reasonably;Finally,the quality of residents should be improved to reduce the impact on the regional a-coustic environment by strengthening publicity and other means.
