多环芳烃污染场地修复工程案例分析

随着新时期生态文明思想的普及,人们的环境保护意识进一步提升,对生态环境治理提出了更高的要求。在当前新质生产力发展主题指引下,应不断推进高效修复、精准修复、绿色低碳修复要素的配置比例为其治理技术赋能。基于上述思想理念,选取某煤制气厂污染场地修复工程为研究对象,概述了多环芳烃特征及其污染现状,并在剖析常用修复技术的基础上,从项目概况、应用需求、技术路线、实施方案、检测及效果评估等方面进行了详细探讨。目前该工程已完成修复,土壤和地下水中的多环芳烃、石油烃等特征污染物经检测达到在环保主管部门备案的《场地详细调查与风险评估报告》和《修复技术方案》所确定的目标值,施工过程未对周边产生二次污染。该工程的顺利实施对提升土地资源安全利用和生态环境保护具有重大意义,也为类似污染场地修复项目提供了参考。
Case Analysis of Remediation Engineering for PAHs Contaminated Sites
With the popularization of ecological civilization in the new era,the public's awareness of environmen-tal protection has been further enhanced,and higher requirements have been put forward for ecological environ-ment governance.Under the guidance of the current theme of developing new productive forces,it is necessary to continuously promote the allocation ratio of efficient,precise,and green low-carbon remediation elements to em-power its governance technology.Based on the above ideas and concepts,the remediation project of a polluted coal to gas plant was selected as the research object.The characteristics and pollution status of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were summarized.On the basis of analyzing common remediation technologies,detailed discussions were conducted from the aspects of project overview,application requirements,technical routes,implementation plan,detection and effect evaluation.At present,the project has completed remediation,and the characteristic pol-lutants such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and petroleum hydrocarbons in soil and groundwater have been detected to reach the target values determined by the Detailed Site Investigation and Risk Assessment Report and the Restoration Technical Plan.There is no secondary pollution to the surrounding area during the construction process.The smooth implementation of this project is of great significance for improving the safe utilization of land resources and ecological environment protection,and also provides a reference for similar polluted site resto-ration projects.
