英山县小流域面源污染分析及治理技术

为综合治理英山县小流域面源污染,保护白莲河水库优良的水质,通过监控和调查英山县小流域面源污染情况,采取"农田源头削减、农业废弃物循环利用、氮磷流失过程拦截、安全入河排放"全过程控制的方法,有效控制了英山县小流域面源污染,结果表明:治理后英山县化肥农药使用量大幅降低,2023年化肥用量比2022年减少93 t,减少1。81%,施用强度为276。8 kg/hm2,农药用量比2022年减少4。16 t,减少2。24%,施用强度9。95 kg/hm2,农村生活污水处理设施出水口pH值为6~9、化学需氧量(CODCr)、氨氮(NH3-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)排放值分别低于60、8、20、1 mg/L的标准。英山县小流域面源污染主要是农业面源污染和村落面源污染,必须从源头防控、生产过程清洁、末端综合治理、减少点源污染物排放种类和数量等环节入手,统筹推进要素治理与区域治理,恢复和提升农业生态功能,实现"绿水青山"向"金山银山"的价值转化。
Analysis and Treatment Technology of Non-point Source Pollution in Small Watershed of Yingshan County
In order to comprehensively control the non-point source pollution in the small watershed of Yingshan County and protect the excellent water quality of Bailian River Reservoir,through monitoring and investigating the non-point source pollution in the small watershed of Yingshan County,the whole process control method of"farmland source reduction,agricultural waste recycling,nitrogen and phosphorus loss process interception,and safe discharge into the river"has been adopted to effectively control the non-point source pollution in the small watershed of Yingshan County.The results show that,after the treatment,the use of chemical fertilizer and pesti-cide in Yingshan County has been greatly reduced.The amount of chemical fertilizer in 2023 has been reduced by 93t(1.81%)compared with that in 2022,and the application intensity is 276.8 kg/hm2;the amount of pesticide has been reduced by 4.16t(2.24%)compared with that in 2022,and the application intensity is 9.95 kg/hm2.The outlet pH of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities is 6~9.The discharge values of chemical oxygen demand(CODCr),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)are lower than the standards of 60,8,20 and 1mg/L,respectively.Non-point source pollution in small watershed of Yingshan County is mainly agricultural non-point source pollution and village non-point source pollution.It is necessary to start with source prevention and control,cleaning production process and comprehensive treatment at the end,reduce the types and quantities of point source pollutants discharged,coordinate the promotion of factor governance and regional gov-ernance,as well as restore and improve agricultural ecological functions.Therefore,the value transformation from"lucid waters and lush mountains"to"valuable assets"can be realized.
