搬迁企业原址场地土壤苯系物污染特征调查——以某搬迁焦化厂为例

生产企业土壤存在物质超标,搬迁后一般需要排查设施设备和生产活动。根据用地规划许可,针对某搬迁焦化厂,选用建设用地一类用地的筛选值来表征污染物超标程度。结果表明:该场地土壤苯系物有苯、乙苯超标。其中苯最大超标倍数为257倍,乙苯最大超标倍数为0。11倍,同时苯最大浓度超出管制值,对人体健康通常存在不可接受风险,应当采取风险管控或修复措施。通过场地污染特征分析,苯平面上是面状污染,垂向上分布集中于粉质黏土层,深度在4 m左右,土层特性为不透水。
Investigation on Soil Benzene Series Pollution Characteristics of the Original Site of the Relocation Enterprise——A Case Study of a Relocated Chemical Plant
There are substances in the soil of the production enterprise that exceed the standard,and it is generally necessary to check the facilities and equipment and production activities after relocation.According to the land planning permission,for a relocated coking plant,the selection value of a class of land for construction land is se-lected to characterize the degree of excessive pollutants.The results showed that benzene and ethylbenzene in the soil exceeded the standard.Among them,the maximum exceeded times of benzene is 257 times.The maximum ex-ceeded times of ethylbenzene is 0.11 times,and the maximum concentration of benzene exceeds the control value,which usually has an unacceptable risk to human health.Therefore,risk control or repair measures should be taken.Through the analysis of site pollution characteristics,the benzene plane is planar pollution,and the vertical distribution of benzene is concentrated in the silty clay layer.The depth is about 4m,and the soil layer is impervi-ous.
