Design and Implementation of a Three-Dimensional Planning Assistant System
To meet the needs of planning,management,and spatial governance in three-dimensional space,a spa-tial planning database was designed and a three-dimensional planning assistant system was developed,using tech-nologies such as WebGIS,GeoServer,Cesium,and PostgreSQL.The system has formed a framework system that covers basic functions,information inquiry,auxiliary analysis,auxiliary design,and auxiliary review.Basic func-tions include flight roaming,measurement,layer management,split screen,rolling shutter,etc.Information inquiry includes interest point inquiry,attribute inquiry,floor layering and household inquiry.Auxiliary analysis includes visibility analysis,display area analysis,sunlight analysis,excavation and filling analysis,and cutting analysis.Auxiliary design includes skyline analysis,generation of control gauge boxes,height control analysis,line sticking rate analysis,and aspect ratio analysis.Auxiliary review includes design scheme loading,compliance judgment,comparison,and submission of opinions.It can achieve three-dimensional auxiliary analysis in the process of spa-tial planning formulation,achieve three-dimensional review and opinion retention in the process of spatial plan-ning review,and improve the level of spatial planning formulation and review.
