桑黄酚A和荜茇明宁碱的合成和纯度检测

以乙酰丙酮和3,4-二羟基苯甲醛为原料通过Pabon反应合成得到桑黄酚A;以胡椒碱为原料,经水解酸化后得到胡椒酸,后者在偶联剂 HATU的作用下与异丁胺缩合得荜茇明宁碱,总产率分别为70%和50%,目标分子的结构得到了NMR和HR-ESI-MS的表征。薄层色谱和高效液相色谱检测其纯度都在99%以上。按上述方法合成桑黄酚A和荜茇明宁碱具有起始原料易得,反应条件温和,后处理简单,纯度高的特点。
Synthesis and Purity Testing of Hispolon and Piperlonguminine
In this paper,hispolon was obtained by Pabon reaction using acetylacetone and 3,4-dihydroxybenzalde-hyde as raw materials;Piperlonguminine was obtained using Piperine as the raw material.Piperonic acid was got-ten after hydrolysis and acidification.Subsequently,piperonic acid was directly condensed with isobutylamine in the presence of the coupling agent HATU.The total yields for hispolon and piperlonguminine were 70%and 50%respectively.The target molecular structures were characterized by NMR and HR-ESI-MS technique.The purity of hispolon and piperlonguminine exceeded 99%by thin layer chromatography and high-performance liquid chro-matography methods.This synthesis method possess advantages such as easy accessibility of starting materials,mild reaction conditions,straightforward post-processing,and high purity of the products.
