Research on the Delineation of Urban Renewal Units——A Case Study of Yuhuatai District of Nanjing
At present,urban renewal has become an important deployment of the national strategic height.With the development of urban renewal action in various places,there are problems such as unclear thinking and inconsis-tent logic in the delineation of renewal units,and specific details of the relevant delineation need to be clarified.Based on the discussion of the overall planning of public facilities and economy,management space and planning in the renewal management,this paper puts forward the specific methods and implementation steps of the renewal unit delineation,and conducts a case study in combination with the ongoing renewal unit delineation work in Yu-huatai District,Nanjing.It is clarified that based on the results of the identification of renewal potential,the legal planning boundaries such as detailed planning units and historic districts are connected,and the units are delinea-ted according to the optimization scope of intensity and economic checking,in order to provide a reference for other late-developing cities.
