Influences of Culture Substrate and EM Microbial Agent on the Growth of Hyophila Involuta
To explore the rapid propagation method of Hyophila involuta,Hyophila involuta was taken as the re-search object, and a two factor split zone experimental design was adopted.Four cultivation substrates and three EM microbial agent concentrations were set up to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the effects of cultivation substrate and EM bacterial concentration on the growth and physiological indicators of Hyophila involuta. The re-sults showed:the number of branches, coverage, chlorophyll and soluble sugar content increased with the increase of EM microbial agent concentration.MDA content decreased with increasing EM microbial agent concentration. The number of branches in high concentration treatment A3B2 was 1.16 times higher than that in low concentra-tion treatment A3B1,and 1.88 times higher than that in control treatment A3CK.The coverage, chlorophyll, and soluble sugar content in A3B2 treatment increased by 57.34%,67.95%,and 16.94%respectively compared to control treatment A3CK,while the lower concentration treatment A3B1 increased by 17.30%,29.41%,and 3.32%,respectively.The MDA content decreased by 70.54%and 31.56%compared to control A3CK and low concentra-tion treatment A3B1,respectively.The number of branches, coverage, chlorophyll, and soluble sugar content in the treatment of adding garden waste compost were slightly higher than those in the peat substrate. The number of branches, coverage, chlorophyll, and soluble sugar content in A3B2 increased by 3.33%,3.83%,4.68%and 12.85%compared to A4B2;MDA content decreased by 17.47%compared to A4B2 treatment. The membership func-tion results showed the A3B2 treatment had the highest comprehensive score. In conclusion, the cultivation sub-strate and EM have a certain impact on the growth of Hyophila involuta. The suitable combination of cultivation substrate and EM concentration for Hyophila involuta is 40%engineering spoil+60%garden waste compost,co-operate with spraying EM with 600x diluent.
