Research and Application of Indicator Systems of Linyi International Ecological City Construction
This study takes the construction of the indicator system for Linyi International Ecological City as an example.Based on theoretical research,practical experience,and guideline standards,it is fully connected with the Linyi national spatial planning system to construct a local characteristic indicator system for Linyi International Ecological City.According to a three-level system of target layer,path layer,and indicator layer,it is divided into basic goals by 2025 and improvement goals by 2035.Around four aspects of green ecology,innovative vitality,in-clusive sharing,and resilience and safety,46 indicators are determined in two categories:restrictive and reference.The scores of each indicator are clarified,and the entire process of ecological city construction is implemented and guaranteed from four aspects:indicator transmission,decomposition,maintenance,and evaluation.The aim is to transform the content of ecological city planning and construction into qualitative or indicators.A quality control standard system template for the development of Linyi International Ecological City is established based on indi-cators,and the goal of"mountains,waters,forests,fields,and lakes"integrated development is achieved,which provides services for government policy formulation and has reference significance for the formulation of other ecological indicator systems.
