Research on Traditional Village Spatial Forms Based on Ecological Adaptation Concept of CiteSpace
The research systematically reviews the findings of studies on the spatial morphology of traditional vil-lages in China under the influence of ecological environments, providing a multi-faceted approach to collaborative methods to advance the scientific theoretical development of ecological adaptability in traditional villages.Using CNKI as the data source, the research focuses on the process of studying the ecological adaptability of traditional village spatial morphology over the past two decades, employing social events as background, and employing Citespace 6.3R2(64-bit)software for visual analysis to generate a scientific knowledge map.The analysis inter-prets and examines the clustering of key hotspots. The results indicate that:① In recent years, the terms"tradi-tional villages""spatial morphology"and"adaptability"have been frequent keywords in domestic research on vil-lage-related topics.② Domestic research on village spatial morphology has undergone a transition from breadth to depth, with"traditional settlements","Yellow River Basin","ecological adaptation"and"three-dimensional space"being hot topics.③ Future research should be based on establishing a specialized protection system for the eco-logical conservation of traditional villages, focusing on exploring the relationship between ecological adaptability and traditional village spatial morphology from interdisciplinary and regional system perspectives, providing theo-retical and practical support and foundations for the ecological inheritance of traditional villages.
