摘要
推进绿色低碳循环发展经济体系建设,对于解决生态环境与资源问题、实现经济社会绿色发展具有重要意义.基于青海省独特的地理位置、丰富的生态资源以及脆弱的生态环境,探讨了如何在当地生态文明战略发展中引入绿色低碳循环发展经济体系的重要性和具体路径.分析了该经济体系的基本特征和应用优势,并提出了 一套系统的构建路径,涉及产业结构优化、资源高效利用、生态保护和修复、区域协同发展等多个方面,旨在实现青海经济的绿色、高效、持续发展,并为全国其他地区类似发展提供宝贵的启示与借鉴.
Abstract
Promoting the construction of a green,low-carbon,and circular development economic system is of great significance for solving ecological and resource problems,and achieving green economic and social devel-opment.This paper explores the importance and specific path of introducing a green,low-carbon,and circular e-conomic system in the development of local ecological civilization strategy based on the unique geographical lo-cation,rich ecological resources,and fragile ecological environment of Qinghai Province.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and application advantages of the economic system,and proposes a systematic construction path that involves multiple aspects such as industrial structure optimization,efficient resource utilization,ecologi-cal protection and restoration,and regional coordinated development.The aim is to achieve green,efficient,and sustainable development of Qinghai Province's economy,and provide valuable inspiration and reference for simi-lar development in other regions of the country.
