德阳市重点区域VOCs污染特征

采用 SPI-MS 2000 在线挥发性有机物质谱仪对德阳市工业园区和重点区域进行了为期 22 个月的走航监测。结果表明:德阳市工业源异常排放强度和频次较高,部分时段 VOCs 浓度超过15000 μg/m3,旌阳区南部和广汉市北部异常排放企业较多,且部分企业周边浓度较高。食品加工、机械制造等污染源的排放浓度较高,对环境影响较大。各类源的 VOCs 排放中,芳香烃类污染物在多类源排放中占比均较高,需重点管控。德阳市臭氧生成主要前体物为二甲苯、乙苯、戊烯、甲苯、戊烷和己烷,主要涉及行业为机械制造、露天喷漆和加油站/油库。城区日常 VOCs 组分占比中芳香烃和烷烃占比较高。走航监测可以在短时输出监测结果,在应对短时污染排查时可发挥极大作用,也可以通过长期大气 VOCs污染状况监测绘制污染地图,在区域 VOCs污染治理中具有广泛前景,通过走航结果对企业有组织排放和无组织排放进行进一步手工监测,对于污染管控和企业减排具有重要作用。
VOCs Pollution Characteristics in Key Areas of Deyang City
SPI-MS 2000 online VOC mass spectrometer was adopted for cruise monitoring of industrial parks and key areas of Deyang city for 22 months.The cruise results show that the abnormal emissions from industrial sources in Deyang city have a high intensity and frequency.The VOCs concentrations are higher than 15000 μg/m3 in some time durations,there are many enterprises with abnormal emissions in the south of Jingyang District and in the north of Guanghan,and concentrations in the neighboring regions of some enterprises are rela-tively high.The food processing,mechanical manufacturing,and other sources of pollution emission concentra-tions are relatively high,which has a great impact on the environment.Aromatic hydrocarbon pollutants have high proportions and should be managed and controlled as a focus among VOCs emissions from all kinds of sources.The main ozone production precursors in Deyang are such as xylene,ethylbenzene,pentene,toluene,pentane,and hexane.Mechanical manufacturing,outdoor paint spraying,gas stations/oil depots,and other industries are majorly involved.Aromatic hydrocarbon and alkane have high proportions in VOCs components in urban areas'daily life.Monitoring results can be output in a short period of time through cruise monitoring.It can be very effective when the pollution investigation in a short time span is responded to.The pollution map can also be drawn through VOC pollution long-term monitoring in the atmosphere.It has a broad prospect in VOCs'pollution control in the region.Organized and unorganized emissions of enterprises can be further monitored manually through the cruise results.Which is crucial for pollution control and emission reduction of enterprises.
