Study on Optimal Design of Ventilation Systems in MP Tungsten and Molybdenum Mine
Ventilation safety is the key work of mine safety production.Reasonable ventilation system is very im-portant to ensure mine safety production,improve working environment and increase production efficiency.Taik-ing Yaosheng MP Tungsten and Molybdenum mine in Jiangxi Province as the research object,this paper compre-hensively uses thermal ball anemometer,laser rangefinder,empty box barometer and other instruments to conduct field survey and measurement of the mine,and analyzes the measurement data to identify the problems in the mine:① the ventilation system of the mine has serious air leakage,or there are a large number of undiscovered air inlet;② the qualified rate of wind quality is low,and it is just 60.92%;③ the damper of the main fan is damaged,and the air leakage is serious.In view of the identified problems,some measures are put forward,such as instal-ling fans,adding air doors,strengthening the management of air doors and air windows in each roadway,and clos-ing goaf in time.
