脉冲水射流冲击下不同性质砂岩破坏特征研究

选用某隧道开挖工程的岩石作为靶件,对粉砂岩、中砂岩和粗砂岩进行了脉冲射流冲蚀实验,比较了不同冲蚀时间、冲蚀靶距和射流压力下 3 种砂岩在脉冲射流作用下的冲蚀特性。结果表明:粉砂岩更容易产生较大的破碎面积,破岩效果最好;以本实验的标准工况为例(t=50 s,Pj=20 MPa,S=4),粉砂岩的冲蚀深度可达中砂岩的 1。77 倍,粗砂岩的 3。43 倍,冲蚀面积可达中砂岩的 6。5 倍,粗砂岩的 4。96 倍;随着冲蚀时间和冲蚀压力的增加,砂岩的冲蚀指数呈增大趋势;而随着靶距的增加,砂岩的冲蚀指数呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势。
Failure Characteristics of Sandstone With Different Properties Under Pulsed Water Jet Impact
The rock of a tunnel excavation project is selected as the target,and the pulse jet erosion experiments are carried out on siltstone,medium sandstone and coarse sandstone.The erosion characteristics of three kinds of sandstones under different erosion time,erosion distance and erosion pressure are compared.The results show that siltstone is easier to produce a larger crushing area and the best rock breaking effect.Taking the standard working condition of this experiment as an example(t=50 s,Pj=20 MPa and S=4),the erosion depth of siltstone can reach 1.77 times that of medium sandstone and 3.43 times that of coarse sandstone.The erosion area can reach 6.5 times that of medium sandstone and 4.96 times that of coarse sandstone.With the increase of erosion time and ero-sion pressure,the erosion index of sandstone increases.With the increase of target distance,the erosion index of sandstone increases first and then decreases.
