Analysis of Green Space Composition and Characteristics of Urban Rail Transit TOD Station Areas—Taking Chengdu City as an Example
TOD development mode emphasizes the comprehensive use of land around the site areas and its high-density mixed development.This paper analyzes the layout characteristics of green space in TOD development mode from the perspective of landscape architecture.Through literature combing and field research,the paper ana-lyzes the green space in three representative TOD site areas in Chengdu City,and concludes that there are four types of green space in TOD site areas,namely,community parks,greenways,micro-greens,and three-dimensional greening;The layout adopts the"multi-center scatter distribution"on the plane,and the"multi-center scatter distri-bution"on the facade.The layout adopts"multi-center scattered distribution"on the plane,and"sunken courtyard+wall greening+roof garden"on the facade;it has the functions of carrying comprehensive spatial division,enhancing the sense of extension of the site space,and forming a grid of greening and streets,in order to provide inspiration and reference for the green space planning and design of the subsequent TOD site area.
