黄粉虫对农用地膜取食速率的研究

为探究黄粉虫取食地膜速率,通过对农用地膜添加蔬菜(番茄)水果(西瓜、香蕉)汁和粗糙皱褶处理,开展黄粉虫取食地膜速率及其对虫体生长水平、存活率影响的研究。结果显示:100条黄粉虫取食番茄、香蕉、西瓜汁处理的25 cm2地膜所需平均时间为4。67、3。83、4。50 d,其取食速率约为取食正常地膜的4倍;人工及自然皱褶处理显著提高黄粉虫对农膜的取食速率。较取食正常饲料的黄粉虫,仅取食农膜的黄粉虫平均质量和幼虫存活率显著降低;而经蔬菜、水果汁处理可提高黄粉虫取食农膜的虫体平均质量,但对其存活率无显著影响。指出了添加水果蔬菜汁或皱褶处理显著提高黄粉虫对农膜的降解速率,为黄粉虫生物降解功能及其环境保护方面提供重要参考依据。
Study on Feeding Rate of Tenebrio molitor on Agricultural Film
In order to investigate the feeding rate of Tenebrio molitor,the feeding rate of Tenebrio molitor and its effect on the growth level and survival rate of Tenebrio molitor were studied by adding vegetable(tomato)and fruit(watermelon and banana)juice and rough wrinkle treatment.Results showed that the average times of 100 Tenebrio molitor feed on 25 cm2 film with tomato,banana and watermelon juice were 4.67,3.83 d and 4.50 d,which were more than 4 times higher than untreated film;artificial and natural wrinkle treatment significantly im-proved the feeding rate of Tenebrio molitor on agricultural film.In addition,compared with the normal feed,the average quality and larval survival of Tenebrio molitor fed only film were significantly reduced;while agricultural film treated with vegetable or water juice improved the average Tenebrio molitor quality compared with untreated film,with no significant effect on the survival rate.The above results indicated that the addition of fruit and vege-table juice or wrinkle treatment significantly improved the feeding rate of Tenebrio molitor on agricultural film,which provided an important reference for the biodegradation function and environmental protection of Tenebrio molitor.
