Research on Hefei Cultural and Tourism Perception Based on Internet Evaluation Data Mining
The cultural and tourism industry is in a golden period of great development,and the perception of cul-tural and tourism has always been a hot topic of research for the tourism and exploration industry.Taking Hefei City in Anhui province as the research object,data collection methods and data mining techniques are used to sort out and analyze the online review texts of Hefei cultural tourism on multiple mainstream tourism websites.The popular cultural tourism spots in Hefei are analyzed according to the word cloud of scenic spots.The cognitive image is analyzed according to the high-frequency words evaluated by tourists,and the emotional image of tour-ists is analyzed according to the emotional data.The results show that from the perspective of tourists'cognitive image of Hefei cultural tourism,the characteristic culture cognition is prominent,but the cultural scope is relative-ly simple and limited;From the perspective of tourists'emotional image of Hefei cultural tourism,tourists mainly have positive emotions and interesting experience which make tourists satisfied,but a small number of tourists al-so have negative emotions on some aspects.Tourists are more appreciative of the overall image of Hefei cultural tourism,and most tourists have the willingness to visit again or recommend to others.According to the conclu-sion,the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the perception of Hefei cultural tourism,including broadening the cultural connotation of Hefei cultural tourism scenic spots and enriching the image of Hefei cultur-al tourism,strengthening the management service of Hefei cultural tourism scenic spots,improving the image of Hefei cultural tourism and strengthening external publicity and promotion efforts to improve the image of Hefei cultural tourism.
