Investigationon the Interconnectivity and Divergence in the Spatial Distribution of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Music and Dance—A Case Study of Fujian Province
Traditional dance and music,as an essential part of intangible cultural heritage, originate primarily from the cultural traditions of specific regions or ethnic groups, bearing profound historical and cultural significance. This study systematically analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics and driving factors of intangible cultural heritage projects, focusing on traditional dance and music samples from national and provincial levels in Fujian Province.By employing ArcGIS software combined with methods such as bivariate spatial autocorrelation Moran's I,kernel density analysis, and geospatial detector, the research reveals that the spatial distribution of tra-ditional music and dance in Fujian Province is highly uneven, with a concentration in the economically developed eastern coastal areas, gradually decreasing towards the western inland regions. The distribution pattern exhibits a"single core belt and multiple cores"pattern, influenced by various factors including geographical location,eco-nomic conditions, and cultural factors, with population density, cultural facilities, and GDP serving as the primary driving forces.Based on these findings,it is suggested to formulate targeted cultural heritage conservation poli-cies,particularly in sparsely populated and economically underdeveloped areas,in order to ensure the sustainable development of cultural diversity and traditional arts.Furthermore, efforts should be made to promote the integra-tion of culture, tourism, and economic development, enhancing regional cultural attractiveness and economic po-tential through the integration of cultural resources.
