Analysis of the Spatial Network Structure of China's Tourism Eco-efficiency Under the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals
Based on the background of the"dual carbon"goal, the concept of energy conservation and emission re-duction was introduced into the theoretical framework of the integrated development of ecology and tourism, and the tourism eco-efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2019 was measured based on the Super-SBM model, and the structural characteristics of China's tourism eco-efficiency network were explored by comprehen-sive spatial network. The results show that ① The mean value of tourism eco-efficiency at the provincial level in China showed a trend of first significant increase and then stable fluctuation, and there was a positive spatial cor-relation between provinces and a high degree of connection.② The spatial correlation network of provincial tourism in China is complex. The power-law distribution presents scale-free characteristics, and the regional char-acteristics are obvious.③ There is a tourism ecological correlation in the"two-way spillover"sector and the"bro-ker"sector,and the spatial correlation of the other plates needs to be strengthened. The results show that strength-ening the planning and management of tourism resources, improving the management level, strengthening the awareness of environmental protection and strengthening cross-regional cooperation can improve the regional bal-ance of China's tourism ecological efficiency under the"dual carbon"goal and achieve the goal of sustainable de-velopment.
