Research on the Layout of Village Planning Land Based on Technical Logic and Management Policies
The layout of village land use planning is the core content of practical village planning.As the carrier of detailed planning content outside the development boundary,the general plan of village planning has some technical problems,such as unclear expression norms of land use control and inconsistent standard of planning el-ements.Based on the current territorial space management policy,this paper summarizes the technical key points of village land use planning and layout by coordinating the requirements of village planning function positioning,village-wide land use control,planning connection and transmission,index decomposition and implementation,short-term implementation and long-term reservation.The following conclusions are drawn.On the basis of imple-menting the project layout and index control determined by the superior plan,the differences of different land types in planning transmission,management policies,implementation flexibility and other aspects should be clari-fied in the layout of village planning land use,and the results of land use adjustment should be implemented in the general planning drawing in a flexible way according to the clarity of land use needs.
