Evaluation of Qingdao's Carbon Emissions and High-Quality Development Countermeasures Under the Background of the"Double-Carbon"Strategy
To promote the implementation of the"double-carbon"strategy in Qingdao,it is necessary to find out the industrial distribution of carbon emissions and the carbon economic efficiency of various industries,so as to find the appropriate green and low-carbon development path.Based on the review of the analysis of the core con-notation of low carbon economy and the interpretation of the main factors affecting carbon emission,the carbon e-mission of energy consumption in Qingdao in the period from 2000 to 2022 were estimated according to the car-bon emission calculation formula in the IPCC2006 National Guide of Greenhouse Gas List.This paper focuses on the analysis of the industrial distribution characteristics of CO2 emission,the structure evolution of the three in-dustries and the influence of CO2 emission intensity change per unit output value of each industry on the total CO2 emission.The results show that Qingdao CO2 emissions highly concentrated in the second industry and the tertiary industry.The second industry CO2 emission intensity is significantly higher than the tertiary industry.The contin-uous expansion of the economic scale of the tertiary industry with high carbon productivity gradually replaced the secondary industry with low carbon productivity and became the dominant economic sector,which played an im-portant role in slowing down the growth rate of Qingdao's CO2 emissions since 2010.Qingdao should continue to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction along the idea of structural adjustment to promote high-quality development,that is,to optimize the energy structure,promote the upgrading of green and low-carbon industrial technology,develop high-tech and strategic emerging industries,develop carbon sink economy,and strengthen green and low-carbon policies and regulations.
