Application Analysis of ChatGPT in Asset Evaluation
With the development of information technology and digitalization,the asset evaluation industry has en-countered new development opportunities.As a generative AI product,it can provide powerful data processing and intelligent decision support,driving artificial intelligence to break through the limitations of specialized intel-ligence towards general intelligence development.This paper investigates the applicability of ChatGPT in the e-valuation process,summarizes the problems that exist in the model's application process,points out the model's lack of transparency,causality,dialogue quality,and personalization,as well as issues related to data privacy leak-age.The paper suggests enhancing the model's interpretability,improving the generative algorithms to enhance di-alogue quality,adopting data privacy protection technologies to ensure the robustness and reliability of the model's application in asset evaluation,achieving organic integration with the asset evaluation industry,and bring-ing more opportunities for the future development of the asset evaluation industry.
