A New Recorded Species of Orchidaceae in Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve:Cypripedium Ludlowii Cribb
The distribution of Cypripedium species in Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve was investigated.Literature review and field surveys were employed to investigate the distribution points of Cypripedium species in detail.Geographic and morphology information was recorded and photographs were taken.A new record species of Or-chidaceae,Cypripedium ludlowii Cribb was found in Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve,with a total of about 200 plants in three populations.It is the first documented occurrence of Cypripedium ludlowii Cribb in Sanjian-gyuan Nature Reserve,and it represents a new record species of Orchidaceae in Qinghai Province.The discovery of Cypripedium ludlowii Cribb contributes to the knowledge on Orchidaceae in Qinghai,and it also reflects the obvious effect of plant diversity protection in the Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve in recent years.
