改性活性污泥处理5-羟甲基糠醛工业废水的研究

为了探讨5-羟甲基糠醛工业废水的处理方法.以乳酸杆菌基因(mob)组DNA为模板,运用PCR扩增到编码乳酸球菌的基因(a-als),并克隆到大肠杆菌表达载体PET28a上,构建克隆载体PET28a-moals,在E.coli TM109中成功表达.在限制性活性污泥中,通过发酵改性,使活性污泥细菌群中的目标菌改变成为优势菌,高效去除污染物,工业废水处理后回用,实现零排放.该方法是解决生物基产品工业废水的高效新方法,可以在化工、生物制药、功能性材料和其他相关行业推广应用.
Study on Treatment of 5-Hydroxymethyl Furfural Production Wastewater by Modified Activated Sludge
In order to discuss the treatment method of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural wastewater,Lactobacillus gene(mob)group DNA was used as template.PCR was used to amplify the lactococcus encoding gene(a-als),and cloned into E.coli expression vector PET28a.The cloned vector PET28A-Moals was constructed and successfully expressed in E.coli TM109.In the limited activated sludge,through the fermentation modification,the target bac-teria in the activated sludge bacterial group is changed into the dominant bacteria,high-efficient removal of pollu-tants,production wastewater reuse after treatment,to achieve zero emissions.This method is a new and efficient method to solve the industrial wastewater of biological products.It can be widely used in chemical industry,biop-harmaceutical industries,functional materials and other related industries.
