集中式饮用水水源地保护与可持续利用——以BD镇为例

旨在探讨吉水县八都镇集中式饮用水水源地保护与可持续利用的现状及对策。通过对水源地的地理位置、自然环境、人文环境和社会经济发展的现状调查,分析了水源地管理中存在的划定不科学、水质监测方法不完善和污染防治措施不到位等问题。利用层次分析法(AHP)确定了影响水源地保护与可持续利用的关键因素,结果显示管理政策、监测体系和工业污染是最重要的影响因素,权重分别为0。25、0。20和0。18。基于这些关键因素,构建了水源地保护与可持续利用的指标体系,并提出了具体的保护与可持续利用规划设计和实施方案,包括政策保障、资金投入、农业活动管理、生态修复和城市化管理等措施。结果表明:通过加强政策引导、增加资金投入、优化农业和城市化管理等措施,可以显著提升水源地的保护水平,确保其长期稳定和安全供水。
Protection and Sustainable Utilization of Centralized Drinking Water Source Areas——Taking BD Town as an Example
The aim of this study is to explore the current situation and strategies for the protection and sustainable utilization of centralized drinking water sources in Badu Town,Jishui County.Through a survey of the geograph-ical location,natural environment,cultural environment,and socio-economic development of water source areas,the problems of unscientific delineation,incomplete water quality monitoring methods,and inadequate pollution prevention and control measures in water source management were analyzed.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the key factors affecting the protection and sustainable use of water sources.The re-sults showed that management policies,monitoring systems,and industrial pollution were the most important in-fluencing factors,with weights of 0.25,0.20,and 0.18,respectively.Based on these key factors,this paper con-structs an indicator system for water source protection and sustainable utilization,and proposes specific protection and sustainable utilization planning and implementation plans,including policy guarantees,funding investment,agricultural activity management,ecological restoration,and urbanization management measures.The research re-sults indicate that measures such as strengthening policy guidance,increasing capital investment,and optimizing agricultural and urbanization management can significantly improve the protection level of water sources,ensuring their long-term stability and safe water supply.
