Main Pollutant Discharge Status and Research on Emission Reduction Countermeasures in Gansu Province
Based on the ecological and environmental statistics of Gansu Province in recent 3 years,this paper an-alyzed the pollutant discharge status of Gansu Province by comprehensive comparison and trend analysis.The re-sults show that the waste water pollutants are mainly discharged by agricultural sources and domestic sources,and the waste gas pollutants are mainly discharged by industrial sources,domestic sources and motor vehicles.The a-nalysis shows that under the implementation of various emission reduction countermeasures in the early period of the 14th Five-Year Plan,the emission reduction work has achieved certain results,and the emissions of major pol-lutants from industrial sources,domestic sources and motor vehicles have been reduced to a certain extent in the past three years.The problems existing in the current emission reduction work are analyzed,and suggestions for the next step are put forward,including deepening the in-depth treatment of nitrogen oxides from industrial sources,strengthening the prevention and control of motor vehicle pollution,strengthening the implementation of emission reduction projects from agricultural sources,continuously promoting the construction of emission reduc-tion projects from domestic sources,and exploring the implementation of emission rights trading.
