Research on Post-Evaluation of Historical and Cultural Blocks Based on AHP-CRITIC Method——Taking Xinghua Historical and Cultural Block of Putian City as an Example
The evaluation of historical and cultural blocks is an important part of the inheritance and sustainable development of urban cultural heritage.Taking Xinghua Historical and cultural District of Putian City as an exam-ple,this paper used natural language processing technology to mine the review network text data.SD method was used to determine the second-level evaluation scale.AHP-CRITIC method was used to determine the factor weight and verify the analysis.The final weights of the eight factors were determined in order from large to small:usage degree(0.2507)＞environmental perception(0.1487)＞spiritual feedback(0.1443)＞History and culture(0.1216)＞commercial value(0.1040)＞spatial scale(0.1011)＞food culture(0.0762)＞space-time region(0.0535).The weighted calculation obtained the comprehensive evaluation score of historical and cultural blocks was 2.288 points;Through the evaluation results,it is concluded that the public has a high degree of recognition of historical blocks.But for foreign tourists,the contradiction between psychological expectation and the supply-demand rela-tionship dominated by the price mechanism is relatively significant.It is also reflected that it is greatly affected by the surrounding traffic environment in time and space.This study is expected to provide a reference for other sim-ilar historical and cultural block planning.
