不同基质配比对杉木扦插容器苗生长的影响

于2023年开展2种基质配比杉木扦插育苗试验。结果表明:A基质配比(70%的泥炭+20%的珍珠岩+10%的谷壳)苗高、地径、高径比、总生物量、根冠比和QI值分别为22。8 cm、3。3 mm、65。9、3。1 g、0。34和0。045;B基质配比(60%的泥炭+20%的珍珠岩+10%的谷壳+10%的杉木皮)苗高、地径、高径比、总生物量、根冠比和QI值分别为20。7 cm、3。8 mm、54。1、3。5 g、0。31和0。059,2种基质配比苗高、总生物量、根冠比和QI值之间差异不显著(P>0。05)、地径和高径比之间差异显著(P<0。05)。
Effect of Different Substrate Ratios on the Growth of Container Seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata Cuttings
In 2023,this paper conducted two substrate ratios for Cunninghamia lanceolata cutting seedling cultiva-tion experiments.The results indicate that the seedling height,ground diameter,height to diameter ratio,total bio-mass,root to shoot ratio,and QI values of substrate A(70%peat+20%perlite+10%husk)are 22.8 cm,3.3 mm,65.9,3.1g,0.34,and 0.045,respectively;The B substrate ratio(60%peat+20%perlite+10%husk+10%cedar bark)has seedling height,ground diameter,height to diameter ratio,total biomass,root to shoot ratio,and QI val-ues of 20.7cm,3.8 mm,54.1,3.5 g,0.31,and 0.059,respectively.There was no significant difference in seedling height,total biomass,root to shoot ratio,and QI value between the two substrate ratios(P>0.05).There were significant differences(P<0.05)between ground diameters and height to diameter ratios.
