Study on Temporal and Spatial Characteristics of Land Use Evolution in the Guangxi Section of the Zhujiang-Xijiang Economic Belt
This paper explores the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of land use, deeply analyzes the trend of land use change, and seeks the sustainable development path of regional land resources.Taking the Guangxi section of the Zhujiang-Xijiang Economic Belt as the research area, and based on the land use data of the four pe-riods from 1995 to 2022,this paper uses the dynamic attitude of land use and the land use transfer matrix, and the ArcGIS10.8 software to study the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of land use in each period of the study area. The results are as follows:(1)The study area was mainly composed of forest land and cultivated land, and the construction land area increased the most, with a total increase of 1143.38km2,with a change rate of 49.06%,47.81%and 21.91%in each period, and the growth rate decreased gradually.(2)From 1995 to 2022,the single land use dynamic attitude of unused land is the largest 37.84%,followed by construction land. The dynamic atti-tude of comprehensive land use decreased from period to period, and the change rate of different regions slowed down.(3)The mutual conversion of cultivated land and forest land in the study area and the conversion of culti-vated land and forest land into construction land are obvious. The largest amount of construction land is 1192.01km2,and cultivated land is the main source of construction land growth.
